Directions

Broadway, Virginia 22815, is located in Rockingham County, approximately 13 miles north of Harrisonburg. Linville Creek joins the North Fork of the Shenandoah River at the north end of the town. Brock’s Gap in Little North Mountain lies directly to the west of Broadway. Both the North Fork of the Shenandoah River and U.S. Route 259 pass through the gap.

From Harrisonburg, Rt. 42 provides a four-lane direct route to Broadway. In Broadway, Rt. 42 becomes Main Street and proceeds from south to north through the town. Broadway Presbyterian Church is beyond the north end of Main Street where there is a “T” intersection of Main Street with Rt. 259 (Lee Street). There is a traffic light at this intersection. To get to the church, turn right off of Main Street and take an immediate left onto Lousia Street, which runs beside the east side of the property. (Tracks of the Norfolk and Southern R.R. are on the west side).

From Interstate 81, the church may be reached by taking Exit 257 (the “Mauzy Exit”) and proceeding west on Rt. 259 for approximately five miles. At the second traffic light in Broadway turn left and continue on Rt. 259. Turn right onto Louisa Street just before the next traffic light. The church’s parking lot is off of Louisa Street. The Broadway Presbyterian Cemetery is north of the building.
